This is a more balanced term that makes more sense to use

Most of them screams words such as "OMG, HE IS SO HOT" or "HE IS SUPER CUTE BEYOND BELIEF! MARRY ME BABY!"
Not all fangirls are as awful as the ones of the rabid fangirl. Some fangirls can be actually be QUITE smart and cute, and sometimes can even control their extreme OBSESSION for the person of their affection. Most of the times, I am alright with these kind of fangirls.
Also, rabid fangirls tend to also hate the person that is around the person they obsess over.
