A ' ghetto t-$hirt' is when someone is so dirt poor, they may actually only own one T-shirt,...

So, on Monday they will wear it RIGHT SIDE OUT.

On Tuesday, they will turn their shirt INSIDE OUT, and wear it just like it was a brand new $HIRT.
