Acronym meaning "No Fun Ryan." This is the side of the person, similar to an alter-ego, that does not know how to have fun. Because of this, the person tends to be very stone-faced and is often asked they if they ever smile. NFR will work all weekend, which is the most fun time of the week and does not appreciate truly comical things (including many great comedy films.) NFR does not see the fun in social networking and will refuse to use facebook and other similar networking sites. Usually NFR will be in denial about the condition, so it is smart to use this term often as a reminder.
