A sex act involving pelvic thrusts by the male or female partner (whomever is in the dominant role) in a Fibonacci sequence, where thrusts are performed rhythmically for each integer in the sequence. After each value, a pause is held before thrusting can continue. If the dominant partner fails to continue the sequence, the submissive may call attention to the error and assume the role of the dominance. This continues until both participants climax or the 21st Fibonacci number occurs, in which case the dominant is allowed to yell "Yahtzee" and demand a role reversal or optional a 5 minute intermission known as "Zamboni Time" is granted.

Does not apply in all cases, such as in more carefully ("carefullyier"? - nah). But, saves time and space and better than not using the adverbial form of a word at all.
