a school that nobody really wants to go to. teachers enjoy putting the students through misery. the teachers love to catch kids "monqing" in class. The only person in the whole school that this wouldn't pertain to would be Ms Lynch. Otherwise, your stuck with Olsen.

Cant even use the boys washroom 80% of the time cause its always closed due to police investigations. some kid tried burning down the school and lit the washroom on fire.
