In Artificial Intelligence, the event of an LLM hallucinating due to corrupted memory, bad knowledge base or too many unrelated inputs, causing the LLM to repeat itself and produce unintelligible outputs. Digital Dementia.

I was asked Siri to order a pizza the other day and she must have Digimentia, because she called me a random name, and kept bringing up facts about mitochondria is the powerhouse of a cell. I never got the pizza.
