Picostco

The person at the exit of Costco who checks your receipt and insists on drawing a cute, sometimes very detailed, picture on it. The chances of running into this increase greatly if you have a small child with you.

"C'mon Picostco. There's a line of 10 people behind me and my rotisserie chicken is getting cold. We don't need a picture of a kitty cat holding a bouquet of balloons on our receipt."

Picosecond

A picosecond is an SI unit of time equal to 10⁻¹² or ¹ ₁ ₀₀₀ ₀₀₀ ₀₀₀ ₀₀₀ of a second. That is one trillionth, or one millionth of one millionth of a second, or 0.000 000 000 001 seconds. A picosecond is to one second as one second is to approximately 31,689 years.
