The re-pronounciation of a particular band name as popularized by the late/great Toronto radio personality Martin Streek.

Nirvansquay, Kings of the Rock Stage, The Beastie Brothers, Bush formerly known as Bush X formerly known as Bush... etc. any band Martin Streek felt he needed to announce differently from the actual designated band name is a Streekism... Perhaps song titles too...

The stock wheels of a car without the hubcaps, usually black. These wheels were massed produced cheaply from steel to keeps costs down as oppossed to more exspensive better looking wheels.

That Civic is rockin his steelies, probably saving up for some better looking wheels.

Celebrities that could be described as streepish: Meryl Streep, Uma Therman, Susan Sarandon, Sandra Bullock

I would describe her look as streepish, as she is either breathlessly beautiful or looks like a dude from one moment to the next.
