mongrel rat

this word can be used in many ways and is quite diverse, but is commonly an insult.
1. someone who is grimey. maybe they haven't showered. or they are a slob.
2. a person who is schemey or annoying
3. typically a friend that pisses you off in some way

being so feral and disgusting at the same time doing things that a mongrel often does in a horrible but funny way, often while on the piss/ getting para/ getting fucked up
