A Slang Term used for Jay County Indiana. In this realm of incest, everyone worships corn and not using turn signals. There are an uncontrollable amount of Yee Yee kids here, many of them support Trump and hate Liberals(They do not know what the hell they are though).

Also anyone who supports windmills are given death threats. I'm not joking, it happened.
