Person 1: Wow you're so strong you can Deadlift 250 pounds that's crazy.
Person 2: I know right just too strong for my own good.(Only if he knew my 13 year old son Deadlifts 225 pounds.
1) Someone who goes to the gym and only works out his legs and lower-back.
2) Sometimes its a person that only works out his portions of his lower body. For example: his work out may consist of doing deadlifts and squats; yet he does not curl, benchpress or work his triceps.
Look at Tim. He's such a deadlift jockey . I never see that guy in the gym doing curls or benchpress for that matter. His lower body is totally disproportional to his upper.
