Bitchetry - Back stabbing and or actions of a bitchy individual.

The efforts of one who actively complains, often to one's enemy, to stir commotion and strife.
The motive behind one's work that leads to causing discomfort in - or near- a person's comfort zone.

.......... Due to her daily bitchetry, upper management called in the Zone Leaders, to re-examine the division of tasks - office wide. This is what BITCHETRY is, to us.
