The three only english words a french person that doesn't speak english knows. Often used like a running gag about someone who isn't fluent with his or her english(1) or as confusion(2).

(Imagine this dialogue is in french)
-Lucy is going to Los Angeles with you?
-Yeah but her English is really shitty.
-LOL, prepare for a lot of "yes no toasters"!

(2)Anyone: Hey! Do you know what time it is?
French: Eeeeh.... Yes no toaster!
