Transneutral is an adjective describing a transgender person who can be either assigned male or female at birth but identifies more strongly with neutrality as far as gender than masculinity or femininity. It can also be used by people who would rather not imply their assigned gender at birth when discussing their identity, as transmasculine implies being assigned female and transfeminine implies being assigned male.
