runbook 

A prescient technical document, comprising detailed, step by step instructions to install something that hasn't been designed or engineered yet. Much like a Rundown or the Penske file, a runbook is created with extremely vague instructions or purpose but is worked on without question. The inability to clarify instruction is directly proportional to the duration of attempts to author the runbook.

The runbook created by the engineering team for Penske Inc. allowed us to implement a solution to a problem we did not know we had.

runboost

The act of letting a teammate jump on top of your head, then running with him in unison in one direction and letting him jump off, making him fly through the air at a greater speed than usual, and vice versa.
