Someone who is addicted to a person race not there character or qualifications for something.
Jack: This store don't hire enough minority we need to do something about it.

Caleb: Stop being a racefiend Jack it's not about the person color bro. It's about there interest and qualifications in that giving field.

Rachetedy 

Rachetedy is a noun describing the magnitude of "rachet" behavior that occurs in a neighborhood, group of people, or any environment/groupings otherwise stated.
The rachetedy in this concert is so much, I can smell the all the sweaty ass from the constant twerking and taste the spit in the air from all the tongue-out pictures.
