A Mythical Creature found in certain parts of the UK, The Bumpus in incredibly intelligent being with superior knowledge of all things.

The Bumpus survives on a diet of Biscuits and Cakes, its written in the histroy books that Finest Scottish Short Bread Biscuits are a favourite but this has never been confirmed.

Due to the Outstanding intelligence levels people often refer to having an idea close to perfection as "having a Bumpus"
