Similar to scumbag but in a banter sense, a scumboat is someone your friendly with but has annoyed you in some way mainly in a jokey way

A person or persons that are generally gross and unkept looking.

The man in the wrinkled dirty clothes looked like a scuzboat, and no one would sit next to him on the subway.
