A guy who fiends for pods almost every 2-3 days and had a douche(y) haircut “juulbag”. His mom most likely doesn’t like him because of his idiotic nicotine addiction. Also can’t get nic rushes anymore because of his addiction.

The felling one experiences with the little balls of liquid inside a Juul Pod as it nears the end of use. Not quite enough to get a full vape hit. Leaves a dissatisfying feeling like having Blue Balls
