The impending catharsis, and sadness that one feels/experiences when becoming aware that the ending of a film, or show is near. Generally used to describe the near end of Netflix marathons.

Adj Ex: I can't eat cheese while watching 30 Rock anymore because I always get cinecholic half-way through each episode.

cinephobia 

The fear of movies and the cinema. Sufferers of the phobia report being particularly afraid of the pictures moving "too fast" as the reel spins. The gum on the floor and chairs may also be a contributing factor, horrifying the victim.
Person 1: want to see Dreamcatcher?
Person 2: No, and not just because it's Dreamcatcher...I have cinephobia.
