Basically, poo. A variety of uses, most common being "smoking the brown cigar" - the act of sucking on poo.

"Dude, I'm out of ciggies. Lend me some."

Touching the filtered end of an unlit cigarette to one's asshole and returning it to the package. Keep an extra pack of these to give to moochers or people you don't like.

Boyce always chuckled to himself as his targets placed the brown filtered cigarettes in their mouths.
