Each Bottle of Alcohol has specific rules for drinking it.

Hey Sam, Each drink has Bottle Rules. The Jack Daniels Bottle rules are, you must include a toast to Jack himself. The Makers Mark must be drank while naked. Each Shot of Wild Turkey must be accompanied with a text to your Mom. You have to take your shirt off when drinking Cuervo.

Milk Bottle Rule 

The date you start liking a guy you buy a bottle of milk and you have untill the milk goes off to do something about it otherwise his fair game for everybody else!

someone started likeing someone on the 5th of Feb and bought a bottle milk that day on the 15th when it went off she hadn't done anything about it so the milk bottle rule says that the guy is fair game to everyone else
