The act of backcountry sledding, during winter, in the woods, usually off trail, and often in the woods, where broken bones are common.

Curing ones sins from typically ingesting Sea Water, with a slight amount of sand. (According to native ancestral beliefs KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa has the richest source). One should regurgitate the water for optimal benefits.

You need to get cured. Have some bonsincure.
