Chester, Is a village in Nova Scotias South Shore. There is a lot of gang warfare here and a lot of binge drinking done on the ocean in boats both powered by engine and sail. Some of the residents are extremely into sailboat racing with many owners boats being crewed by rum and coaine fuelled young adults.
