in your face wanting something. Needy, pesty, always bitchin' bout something. People who work in hotels, restaurants or any other
customer service jobs are very familiar with these kinds of people. There's a big difference between someone that has a
legitimate need and a bugaboo; a person with a legitimate need will get what they need and go away. A bugaboo will keep coming back for no apparent reason other than to bug the hell out of the person/people filling their needs. also: someone that's constantly begging, bumming, gimmegimmegimme.
