black-out

To black-out is to profess your admiration for a girl, only to reject her advances at that crucial moment. To forgo "sealing the deal". The art of being a poser, but not a closer.
Guy 1 - "Hey dude, I almost scored with that girl last night"
Guy 2 - "Yeah bro, we could have totally eiffel towered her if you didn't black-out"
Guy 3 - "You're such a pussy"
Guy 2 - "Next time you black-out, don't drop your gay card"

Black out menace

A person that takes 15-20 shots in short period of time then blacks out and goes on a menacing rage of drunken madness. It is usually a good night for this person because they can't remember it.
Bob: Did you hear what Joe did last night at the bar?
Megan: Yeah I heard he was a real black out menace

Joe: WOO HOO BOM LETS GO!!

Black Out Betty

When someone drinks an intense amount of alcohol, they can black out and seemingly turn into a different person. That person is Betty.
Dude, I didn't make out with 5 guys last night.. that was Black Out Betty.

Are you hanging out with Betty tonight?
No, I'm not drinking liquor.

Betty likes to smoke weed and cheat on her boyfriend.

I am a calm person, but Betty likes to fight people.

Hey, what were you talking about when I saw you last night? I think you were speaking a different language.
Oh.. that wasn't me you spoke to.. that was Betty.

Black-Out Day

A day of solitude for people of color.
An example is the Tiktok Blackout where people focused on black creators and gave them extra love.
Black out day on July 7th, 2020 asks all people of color to not spend a dollar. A life costs so much, so we have to show them (the police) that they cannot just take it away so easily.
Friend: What is black-out day?
Me: A day of change. Love will shine throughout <3

Black Out Tuesday

A phrase used to describe what guilty white people decided to call activism when in reality they did not want to bother to help in any way that actually takes any effort. If you planned on taking real action that could actually help, and you did not want to take part in an Instagram challenge, then you did not take part in blackout Tuesday.
Bro 1: Do you even care about black lives?
Bro 2: What do you mean? I ended racism upon taking part in Black Out Tuesday when I posted that black Instagram square.
