The act of one male putting his genitals, both dick and balls, into the mouth of another male or female.

Example 1:
I heard these horrible wet retching fallowed by gagging sounds the other day but it turned out to be someone getting roadblocked.

Example 2:

alabama roadblock 

Vehicles traveling side by side, purposely going under the speed limit, preventing other drivers from passing in any way. It's totally maddening, unless you're one of the drivers- then it's hilarious.

I'm stuck on 95 behind three idiots making an Alabama roadblock across all the lanes and I can't get around them!

Puerto Rican Roadblock 

When 2 or more vehicles (normally trucks) lineup side by side on a highway and slow down traffic behind them while also making themselves unpassable.

Look at those 2 f******' semi's up there. We're goin' nowhere it's a Puerto Rican Roadblock!

Polish Roadblock 

Similar in technique to the Jewish Roadblock in that two or more cars drive below the speed limit across all lanes, blocking all faster traffic from passing.

The distinction between the two is that while the Jewish Roadblock is done on purpose and with every intent of slowing down every body else on the road, the Polish Roadblock is done on accident and without the blockers knowledge.

A good indication of which one you're experiencing is the reaction you get when you flash your high beams at one of the offenders. If after repeated flashings, the offender does not move over, then it is most likely a Jewish Roadblock.

Asshole Roadblock 

When you're driving on a two or more lane road and the cars in front of you are going the exact or close to exact same speed, causing a very annoying vehicular roadblock.
