Roadblock

The act of one male putting his genitals, both dick and balls, into the mouth of another male or female.

Example 1:
I heard these horrible wet retching fallowed by gagging sounds the other day but it turned out to be someone getting roadblocked.

Example 2:
Steven: Hey Andrew. Want to get roadblocked again?

Andrew: Sure!

Steven: Say "Ahhhhh."
