A term used for the action of someone grabbing your legs and clinging on them. Used when they are taken by surprise. Usually done in a friendly matter.

Stranger 1: "Yeah, she tota-"
Stranger 2: *Grabs Stranger 1's legs*
Stranger 1: "AAH! STOP KATING ME!"

A term given to a kid, who is of non-royalty, but whos status fulfils the requirements of being a king. The KiiNGCHiiLD is also related to this topic, and is essentially is the same, except close friends or relatives prefer to use this term. Any spouse of A 'KiiNGCHiiLD' must adopt the use of the name 'QU33NCHiiLD.
