Fuzz Chach 

A lazy police officer. Usually drives up and down the main streets of his jurisdiction so everyone knows he’s a cop. Will not engage in any trainings. No matter what kind of call he goes to, he will always call for back up. Usually will also be a volunteer firefighter. Always avoids confrontation and calls everyone “bud.”

This occurs because one does not have the time nor feel the need to put effort into such a insignificant task, such as shaving, during a time full of stress. Finals fuzz may be accompanied by acne breakouts, body odor, and a general look of dishevelment.
