1)One who is acting like a dickhead, faggot, or an overall piece of shit. Easily identified by American Eagle clothes/sunglasses/other assorted items.
2)One who is a chauvinistic and arrogant asshole.
3)One who publicizes nearly all his actions over the internet (especially on sites such as Facebook and MySpace).

Romano 

A southern Italian dialect, also used as language, used mostly in Rome but has spread across the country.
It's still hard to find a Romano in a extreme North region like Valle d'Aosta ( Aosta valley) for example but not impossible.

Romano Vargas 

Romano Vargas is a character from an anime series Hetalia: Axis Powers. He is quite rude to men and more soft around ladies. He also has a quick temper and if often misunderstood. He has a warm heart and cares deeply about people who decide to get close to him. He is the best character in the whole anime.
