a code name for people you hate who happen to have dicks. originated from two sisters talking in a pool about said hated person and called him PD which ended up sounding like the name, “petey”.

PD stood for pencil dick. The code name stand for pencil dick and you don’t get in trouble for it if you do it in front of your high school english teacher!

PETEYS are Super hilarious and you can listen to any and all PETEYS talk about everything absurd and irrelevant for hours, they can make the saddest most grim situations seem like the funniest thing you’ve ever heard.

Not only are they amazing speakers but when they tell a story they paint such a colorfully descriptive picture for you that you feel like you’re there, living it with them.

Not only are they literally the best, most hilarious story tellers you have ever heard but they are also the most gorgeous . The curl in their bottom lip makes them not only awesome to listen too but even more awesome to watch.

If you’re lucky enough to run across a PETEY I suggest locking them in a medium to medium large rabbit hutch for they are fiercely independent and will never go willingly. You can lure and trap a Petey with any kind of candy whatsoever but don’t forget plenty of air holes for they require tons of oxygen because they never stop talking.

Him: Dang is that at petey?

The legend of Petey Williams Guy began the night that the proboards servers were down due to a fire and the Temp. board was born. The Temp. board was full of spam and gay porn (eeww). One man set out to post a Petey Williams picture in every thread in existance.

Rumors of Petey Williams guy lurking around WFigs have spread throughout the forum. A possible return is keeping the admins at the edge of their seats, just ready to ban him for good.
