When advanced freakish science/medical malpractice is practiced upon an individual to render them unto the form of a cow, in varying degrees of accuracy, likeness, functionality and general success.

It appeared to huey that his own son had foregone the rectum replacement and in it's stead, had gone and rendered him "surgically cowinated..."
