Origin - somebody from our office building appears to masturbate in the 4th stall in our shared bathroom every afternoon.

"I don't feel much like going out tonight. I'm going to 4th stall it at home."

"It's been a slow day at work - I 4th stalled all afternoon."

4th Shu Brew Crew 

The crazy party animals that once lived on the 4th floor of the Shuswap building in Totem Park at the University of British Columbia. They ran the show from 2004 to 2005, but were evicted because of their partying ways. 4th Shu now sucks ass.

All 5 members of the Brew Crew got evicted in March 05.

Nobody can beer bong more than the 4th Shu Brew Crew.

Outdoor/Indoor place in Downtown Louisville. Host many events and activities. Has a dress code, and is very nice. One of the best places to be in Louisville.

Named after the Bob Dylan song, Positively 4th Street is when somebody disses a person to their face, usually in public. In other words, to utterly destroy somebody with words, to bring them down a peg, just like Bob did in the song.
