folklore love triangle

The folklore love triangle is a romantic three way relationship between three fictional characters from taylor swifts eighth album, Folklore. The love triangle is prominent in the songs Betty, Cardigan, and August. The characters are Betty, the pretty and kind “popular” girl, James the skater dreamy love interest, and August the girl James cheated on Betty with in the ‘summer.’
Person: “What even is the folklore love triangle
Swiftie: “This is my moment ..”

“Would you trust me if I told you it was just a summer thing.” -James in the song Betty

folklore cult

A taylor swift stan twitter group chat with some of the nicest people in the fandom. The members are all really close friends. It’s by far one of the funniest most iconic group chats on stan twitter to the swiftie fandom. And, it outlived tayllucifernation and is way less problematic

July 24th is Folklore Day as Taylor Swift released one of her best albums on that day and it shall be named like this forevermore.

Folklore-gasm

When one is turned on so much much by traditional stories that they have a sexual climax.
I was watching Jack and The Bean Stalk and it was so erotic watching Jack climb the stalk that it gave me a folklore-gasm.

Folklore-ing

Being so focused on fairytale romance that expectations don’t match reality.
Betty is totally folklore-ing James because she is too busy waiting for her White Horse and her White Veil occasion.
