Flapping it is dialect originally from Manchester. It basically means being a chicken. It's usually used in arguments and fights.

1) Term used to describe someone out having sex.
2) More exclusively, the act of eating a girl out then "flippin it" to go at it another angle.

flippinitis 

Inflammation of the middle finger, which causes you to randomly flip people off. Also considered a game between close friends to try and catch them off guard by flipping them off unexpectedly.
