Short for Expatriate - somebody who has left his or her homeland to live or work in another country, usually for a long period of time.

OR my version:

Expat in Dubai: constantly complaining and rude git with an ego the size of Asia. Other characteristics includes trying to live a lavish lifestyle on a meagre salary and continous road rage

if one of these non-natives gives you lip:

'hey a**hole, don't you get all expat on me!'
