The Tweakening 

A process of being on psychotropic medications for a period of at least 10 years, The Tweakening happens when you decide to get completely off your psychotropic medications.

Example: "All may hear this as I begin my descent into the depths of true insanity I seek the knowledge of the unknown universe. As I walk the ground trembles under the weight of my power, I will alone be the one to start the tweakening. I AM ALONE AM THE HONORED ONE IT BEGINS NOW AHHHHHHHHHHH"
