The supporters of SGS have planned a 10K benefit run/walk to support research and the potential cure for SGS. Currently, there is no cure, but there is hope. Single Guy Syndrome: It causes incessant rambling (from the affected) usually about things that the listener doesn't care. The best treatment for this condition is to just be polite and listen.

It's pretty clear he has SGS, he keeps ranting about his boring previous jobs, probably because he doesn't have a significant other to listen to him.
