Derived from the character Bluto from Animal House. This is the most outrageous kick ass party goer. They are usually an alumni or a super senior who doesn't ever want to leave the frat castle.

Oscar was the token Blutonian alumni last night when he finished three cases and then threw the pledges down the stairs.

plutonian nyborg is a fictional drug seen in the classic 1981 animated feature film "Heavy Metal". the drug is an inhaled white powder whose appearance resembles cocaine, and whose effects resemble those of marijuana; used by two alien starship pilots Edsel and Zeke, seen in the segment of Heavy Metal entitled "So Beautiful and So Dangerous".

two spiky aliens from pluto who frequently appear on aqua teen hunger force. oglethorpe (orange) is the angry one who wants to rule the world. he has a heavy german accent. emory (green) is the laid-back one who doesn't want any trouble. they have smoked weed, stolen cable tv, and tried to create a clone of master shake. they also fight the mooninites in "spacecataz" at the beginning of the newer episodes. both are named after universities in atlanta.

Frylock: Is there maybe a higher brain form that I could speak with?

Oglethorpe: Nein! We are on a top-secret mission of world domination!

Frylock: World domination? You guys couldn't take over a damn bowl of Jell-o.

Emory: Is that, like, an important place or something?

Oglethorpe: WHERE IS IT?

Variation on 'Russian Roulette', only losing usually doesn't kill you, but often makes you wish you were dead.

So named for the proponderance of such traffic circles in Eastern Mass. and the notorious driving habits of Bostonians
