Bitches in a Bitch Boat 

Used to example a certain extremity of pain or suprise. Usually used with a number, commonly 2-10, depending on how painful / suprising the occurrence was.

Examples; "I got a tattoo on my lung, and I had to get wasted 'cause it hurt like 8 bitches in a bitch boat!"

"Then Joe came right on Bob's face! Man, that was as suprising as a bitch in a bitch boat!"

As used in 'Aqua Teen Hunger Force' it describes a feeling of extreme pain or discomfort.

"It hurt like twelve bitches in a bitch boat!' or "After that party I felt like twelve bitches in a bitch boat..."

Eight Bitches in a Bitch Boat 

Used when something sucks so incredibly bad that no other adjective will suffice. Also used when one can not think of a suitable word or phrase to describe a situation that can't be any worse.

"Dude I heard what happened to your car, that sucks worse then eight bitches in a bitch boat."
