The result when memory and opportunity coincide, allowing for completion of tasks, chores, thoughts, etc.

I hadn't remembered to email my sister last weekend when I was online, and I hadn't the opportunity when I remembered driving down the highway, but last night I finally had memortunity and sent her an email.
