Anything and everything possible. Can fit in any part of a sentence. A Person, Place, or Thing. Also can have a similar meaning of nice, which the word may of derived from.

Example 1:
Person 1: Yo man i just hit my neece on the tree.
Person 2: Neece dude.

Example 1:
Person 1: Wanna go neece outside?
Person 2: Not really, i think its a little cold for that.

Neece Mates 

Used when describing close acquaintances whose banter or chat can only be described as smelly or stinky. Usually talking crap to gain cred or being perceived as cool, their chat typically achieves the opposite.

Usage: Steph Byrd has such neece mates, they've got such stinky chat.

neece banter 

When someone's chat/banter is weak or self indulgent. Usually used by the scapegoat of a group to try and creep their way up the social hierarchy but by using neece banter they have achieved quite the opposite.

'Just hooned 2 snakey B's mate. Lets have a bevvie comp.'
Person 1 'How does he get his calves so defined?'
Person 2 'Barukh Abadi, don't use such neece banter.'
