(noun) A terrible simultaneous occurrence of jetlag and hangover, often due to free alcohol on a long transmeridian flight. A portmanteau of the English term "pissed" for drunkenness, and jetlag.

After seven tiny vodkas and 14 hours on the plane, Ben was sure to suffer pisslag on his first day back from vacation.

2: troubled by the toilet seat being left up or down

Linda was pistraught by Frank always leaving the toilet seat up.

Frank became extremely pistraught when the ferris wheel malfunctioned and he had to drain his vein so bad he could taste it.
