The portmanteau taken from the conjoining of Welshmen with a penchant for sheep, with the French and their commonly accepted aversion to personal hygiene.

When a guy thinks he's smooth with the ladies.

A person that swerves his bike into a crack and flips over miserably while the girl he thought he was smooth with laughs.

When a person lies on the ground for about 3 minutes weeping about what happened as everyone is watching around him and thinking "what a jackass" and laughing their ass off.

Also a guy that uses FML too much.

That dude created a failshow when he thought he was super cool when he kissed that girl but then seconds later he got his tire stuck in a sidewalk crack fell over and hit his face against the mud and started saying FML over and over again.
