A mixture of respected and classy.

This commonly refers to a person. In a conversation, this person can be described as classy (stylish and sophisticated), and highly respected, and held in high regard by the people around said person's environment e.g. (co-workers, partners, society).

"Yeah I know right? He's so rassy, that's why he always gets free entrances!" or, "This is our boss. A very rassy person."
