1 A Republican who is beginning to show signs of waking up from a trance to turn to policies that will lead to a better nation for future generations. 2 Any Republican who does not reflexively support President "Dubya" Bush's policies. USAGE Pejorative term used by conservatives to attack any Republican who begins to show even the slightest moderate tendencies.
