The lack of dick, and needing it badly. Similar to hyperthermia in the sense of needing heat or warmth. Symptoms consist of: a bitchy attitude, going on strange websites, and being a thot unironically.

When a penis is so pale or "ashy" that it takes on a blue color. Usually caused by not fucking anybody cause u got no game.

diarthermia 

When scholars Mike and Tim heard about the hot diarrhea attack on Heidi VanTassel, they thought, what about getting cold diarrhea dumped on ones head in winter. Being the genius he is, Tim immediately coined the term "diarthermia".
When a homeless person pours his bucket of diarrhea on you thats been sitting for a week in the dead of winter, you will catch Diarthermia.

Dude1: Did you hear about Mary?!

Dude2: yeah, poor girl died of diarthermia when that bum poured his bucket of cold diarrhea on her in zero degree weather
