Plexiglassectomy: A procedure performed by a doctor in which a piece of plexiglass is grafted onto a patients abdomen replacing the original skin. In such cases whereas an individual has his head so far up his rectum this procedure is mandatory. It gives such person a "window" in which to see out of, and in most cases results in said person not running into the rest of us going about our daily lives. There is a lesser known term for this condition called colonstrangulitus mostly seen third world countrys. The term has absolutely no validity amongst the medical field and is used merely as a joke to be directed toward someone who did or does an insanely stupid thing or who says things that are considered stupid.

Plexiglassectomy 

A Plexiglassectomy is a medical procedure know for its clarification properties amongst the the "cranium surrounded by rectum" crowd. Whereas- a surgeon removes a section of C.S.R. patients stomach and grafts a piece of 1/4" thick plexiglass to the surrounding tissue thus creating a "window" for the C.S.R. patient to see out of. Being that the patient has his head up his ass so far, he needs to see where he is going. The term was coined by someone by the name of D.J. Dowd in western Colorado around 1995. It would appear to me, that the condition known as "plexiglassectomy" is secondary to a lesser known form of the "largeintestineonnectomy" or as it is known in third world countries "colonstrangulatis". Both apply an undue amount of pressure on the carotid arteries, further adding to the C.S.R's confusion.
