A melee fight, usually a fistfight, but not always. Can involve only two people, not necessarily more as stated in the other two definitions.

"Yo, did you see that fistfight in the bar yesterday?"

Brawl

1. (noun) Short for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the third and best installment of the Super Smash Bros. series and probably the most anticipated game of all time. Epic for its intense yet slightly cartoonish fighting gameplay and the 5th dimension of gameplay: the Final Smash. Also, the best way to spend your 5th period study hall on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, when there is no philosophy class. Also, a fracas, brouhaha, altercation, ye olde fisticuff, or an old timey barfight in an 1800's saloon.

2. (verb) To play Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Also, to take part in a brawl.
